We started our session with jumping jacks, lunges, squats, and inchworms. Then we moved into the calorie-torching part of the workout, which included burpees, TRX rows, push-ups, squats, and crunches.
We did as many reps of the five exercises as we could for one minute each and then repeated the sequence four times, resting for 90 seconds between each round. I'm proud to say I completed more reps on the fourth set than the first!
Word to the wise: pace yourself. If you're looking to maximize the results of your gym sessions, try this butt-kicking quickie routine. At home, challenge yourself to do as many reps as possible of each of five moves for a minute, then repeat the series up to four times.
